Quinn Collins has recently announced he will be signing to Rider University. The student athlete left a message via Instagram stating, “Big things to come!!!🐴💪🏼”.
Quinn Collins is currently a senior at Central Bucks East high school. He is currently wrestling at the 189 pound weight class along with being the 2022 PIAA South East AAA champ. He had an overall record of 23-1 his senior season. His only defeat was against the two time state champ Brian Soldano of High Point high school. During the 2022 PIAA individual wrestling championships, Collins placed first and earned himself a gold medal. He won 3-0 over Exeter’s John Miller during the semi finals match.
Quinn Collins signing to Rider University means he is no longer able to reverse his decision, he has now leagally bonded to wrestle for Rider’s wrestling team. He can no longer back out. Unlike a commitment to a school, when signing to a school you are now accepting the scholarship offered by the University and are now legally required to wrestle at that school, you can no longer change your mind. The only difference is when you commit to a school it is still non binding, signing allows for neither party to back out from the agreement.
