With day one of the 2023 U23 World Championships in the book day 2 is where the first set of champions will be crowned and we will see the second half of the mens freestyle division start their tournament.

Session 1 of the world championships tomorrow will begin at 4:30am EST and will be the qualification rounds (everything up until semifinals)

Session 3 will be the medal matches for 61,74,86,92,125 and will begin at 12:00pm EST
