Coming in as the #2 public school the Delsea Crusaders are coming off a great season after winning a state title in a blow for blow match against Warren Hills and are looking to repeat it since they will return most of their starters.
They are returning with 3 state place winners, 6 state qualifiers and 3 region qualifiers. The biggest question for this team is where is Luke Maxwell in the mix of this, he is currently stuck behind DiGiovacchino and cant bump up to 285 because of state qualifier Rocco Bennett.
Will Delsea actually have a state qualifier not in the lineup? That should show you how insanely talented the upper weights for this team are. Delsea will look to repeat as Group 4 state champions.
106: So. Gage Summers
113: Jr. Blaise Verdino
120: So. Zavier Stokes
126: So. Ramone Alfonso
132: Sr. Alex Zimmerman
138: Sr. Giovanni Degeorge
144: So. Jamar Dixon
After coming off a insane freshman season where we saw Jamar Dixon take 5th, he will look to climb the rankings and make a run for the state titles as he is currently ranked 5th at 144 Pounds.
150: Fr. Sal Marchese
157: Sr. Austin Boos
165: So. Riley Boos
175: Sr. Tyson Derenberger
190: Sr. Jared Schoppe
State runner up with a broken hand, you cant get tougher then that. Schoppe will be a force to be reckon with and will be predicted to win the 190 state title, but will have a tough challenge with Michael Dellagatta. If Schoppe can stay healthy he will be fun to follow.
215: Sr. Daniel DiGiovacchino
After bumping up to 215 DiGiovacchino looks to have more success with the big boys, he is coming off a 8th place finish at 190 pounds and is currently ranked 2nd at 215 behind AJ Fricchione
Luke Maxwell???
285: Jr. Rocco Bennett
