3x World and Olympic Champion Kyle Snyder has accepted his bid to Final X. He earned this with his 2nd place finish at the World Championships last year which would earn him his 7th combined medal.

Snyder will most likely being seeing someone like Kyven Gadson at Final X should he make it through. With a lot of the weights top competitors a lot of guys have either moved down to 92kg or up to 125kg so it has watered down the weight class a little bit.

Should Snyder make the time which he has done every year he has tried he would enter the World Championships this year in Serbia as the Gold Medal favorite due to Sadulaev being out of the field.

Snyder would be looking for his 4th Gold Medal and 8th total medal moving him up the ranks of all time wrestlers.

There are some solid contenders at 97kg such as Mike Macchiavellio who was a National Champion in 2019. However the only man to actually beat him who is in the weight class would be Kyven Gadson.
