We were joined on the late night shots podcast by 2011 national champion and Lehigh coach Zach Rey as well as 3 time All American Jordan Wood.
Jordan Wood talked about his experiences this season as well as overall reflections from his collegiate wrestling career. He also spoke about the changes that he had to make from last season to get back on the podium and cap off his career with a third place finish which was high highest ever.
Zach Rey on the other side of things takes about coaching Jordan for the last six years as well as his own competitive career and battles with Tervel Dlagnev, Dom Bradley and Nick Gwiazdowski and how it is coaching against former competitors, as well as what their competitive relationship as coaches is like compared to them when they were competitors.
Overall the podcast had some very good insight from Rey and Wood about their experiences at Lehigh. Wood also gave the fans some insight on his future plans in the freestyle scene and his intentions to stay at Lehigh and train at the Lehigh Valley Wrestling Club.
