Rough call to end the match for Cornella. Going up against Aoyagi of Japan they challenged the call for exposure with 0 seconds left. It was originally ruled 2 for Cornella but Japan won the challenge and Aoyagi takes it 6-6 on criteria.

Cornella will leave with out a medal which is rough but he wrestled a good tournament it just did not end up in his favor. Falling in his semifinal match with a close match to Jalolov of Uzbekistan.

Cornella will be wrestling at Cornell university and will be starting his freshman season in college after being with the Spartan Combat RTC in his “redshirt year” It will be interesting to see if he can make an impact for Cornell at 141.
