At this point in time every senior world team member has been decided for the world championships in Serbia except 62kg in women’s freestyle.
Kayla Miracle was granted a delayed wrestle off similar to how Kyle Dake was granted the same back in 2019. This is due to an injury that was sustained before Final X where she was not able to compete.
Miracle took silver at the most recent world championships last year in Oslo and also was the Olympic representative for the Tokyo games. Rogers is solid winning the world team trials to get to this point.
A lot of this more than anything just depends on what the state of Miracle’s health is at the moment. Miracle should be the favorite here to get it done in two.
Series will go down at JP McCaskey high school in PA at 2pm EST. 30 between matches and a third match of needed in the best of 3 series.
