Santino Sanchez recently announced his commitment to California State Bakersfield in which he wrote, “I’m excited to announce that I will be continuing my athletic and academic career at Cal State Bakersfield. I want to give a big thanks to my coaches, family members, friends, and most importantly God for supporting me every step of the way. With all that said, I can’t wait for what’s next to come along this journey!”.
Sanchez has been seen wrestling at the 123 pound weight class. Some of his most notable accomplishments consist of placing fourth at the world challenge tournament, qualifying for the 2020 CIF state tournament, and qualifying for the 2018 California world challenge.
Santino Sanchez will be staying within his home state as he commits to Bakersfield.
