12 wrestlers left on October 9th for the 2023 American Kintaro World Team/Immersion Training Program. They trained, studied, competed, and immersed themselves into Japanese culture. Coached by All American Wrestler and Spartan Athlete Mia Macaluso and returning coach Travis Carpenter, the girls made a strong showing at the All Japan Women’s Open Championship, Held in Yaizu City Sports Center in Shizuoka on October 14-15.
