Anthony Cassar announced the date for his next fight via Instagram post.
“Oct 22nd. Houston, Texas. We finally back in there 😏 @furyfighting”
Of course Cassar won the HWT NCAA title back in 2019 for Penn State, he would end up leaving the wrestling scene after suffering another injury and make the transition to MMA.
Cassar has only had one pro MMA bout in his career so far which is crazy to say, the last time that he fought was all the way back in December of 2022 and he won by round one submission over Idrees Wasi at Ikon FC6.
Training alongside Bo Nickal and seeing his success so far in the UFC many believe at Cassar will soon follow.
