Eric Grant recently announced he will be pursuing his educational and athletic career at North Carolina State University. Grant announced via an Instagram post in which he proceeded to express his excitement in his commitment along with his gratitude for the people who helped him along the way.
According to Grant, his deciding factors in committing to North Carolina consisted primarily of the winning mentality the coaches and team members influence on others. It was also a mentality he felt fit for him and was the best for him to be surrounded by.
With his winning mentality, Grant is looking forward to what the future brings for him wrestling along the North Carolina State Wolfpack. He is also interested in winning an NCAA title and becoming an ACC conference champ.
It is also notable to mention some of Grant’s accolades during his high school career which consists of becoming a 2022-23 CHSAA state champion and having a record of 52 wins and only 2 losses.
