Bryce Meredith was victorious over Brandon Carrillo in his Bellator debut on Friday night.

In the second round, Meredith locked up a rear-naked choke and earned his fourth career finish in his fourth career fight.

Meredith, 27-years-old, continues to look like a really talented prospect as he did not face any adversity from Carrillo. Meredith was quick to get to his wrestling that he’s known for, and the 3x All-American changed levels and took down Carrillo easily.

Once on the ground, Meredith followed with brutal ground and pound which forced Carrillo to give up his back, which Meredith then found the rear-naked choke for a quick tap.

It will be interesting to see what Bellator has lined up next for Meredith as he continues to roll through his opponents with ease.
