Big news as 2x AA for Penn State Greg Kerkvliet, as well as 2x NAIA champion Peyton Prussin have been announced as part of the third class of the WWE’s next in line program.
Kerkvliet has been one of the best and most dominant heavyweights since he has been in college and is currently ranked 2nd in the country.
Prussin is one of the best NAIA wrestlers out there and will be looking for her 3rd national title after winning back in 2021, and in 2022.
The WWE next in line program has contained some notable wrestlers in their last classes which include national finalists Mason Parris and Cohlton Schultz, and 2021 national champion AJ Ferrari.
This program was introduced a while back with the intentions of bringing college athletes into the WWE, and to get them more exposure and NIL deals.
This has been an avenue where we have seen many wrestlers succeed most recently Gable Steveson, we can also add names like Brock Lesnar and Kurt Angle to that list.
