It has been announced that Alex Dieringer will be joining the University of Michigan wrestling staff as a recruiting and video coordinator – via Michigan Wrestling
During his collegiate career Dieringer was a 3x national champion for the Oklahoma State Cowboys and took 3rd place as a freshman.
In addition to his three national titles, Dieringer won the Hodge trophy in his senior season (2016).
Since then he has had great success on the senior level being one of the best wrestlers in the country and even picking up gold medals at several international events.
Dieringer currently trains out of the Cliff Keen Wrestling Club in Michigan and is coached by 8x world/Olympic champion and UWW hall of fame member Sergei Beloglazov.
