The Solider Salute went pretty much as expected with Iowa dominating the tournament. The Hawkeyes won 8 titles, and three of the finals matches were Iowa vs Iowa.
Biggest storyline was Spencer Lee being back in the lineup and looking great with wins over U20 World Champ Jore Volk and Drake Ayala in the finals.
