The 18 year old had herself an incredible year winning gold at the U20 World Championships, making her first world team at Final X, and now standing on top of the podium as a World Champion.
In addition to this, to make it even more impressive her path to gold included two techs and a fall. The only match that was not a tech or pin was against the reigning World Champion Masako Furuichi who she beat 3-2.
