Notes:

Team USA is not sending a representative at the 57kg weight class, but it should be a fun one to watch with Rei Higuchi, Aman Sehrawat, Aliabbas Rzazade and Gulomjon Abdullaev.

61kg weight class is headlines by Armenia’s Arsen Harutyunyan

65kg weight class is stacked with Vazgen Tevanyan, Ismail Musukaev, Haji Aliyev, and Kotaro Kiyooka (wrestler who overtook Otoguro)

74kg will have Turan Bayramov, Razambek Zhamalov, as well as Bekzod Abdurakhmonov

Hassan Yazdani will be competing at 86kgs, he will most likely face Myles Amine or Kazakhstan’s Azamat Dauletbekov in the finals if brackets permit

A few big names at 97kg which include Magomedkhan Magomedov, Rizabek Aitmukhan, and Batyrbek Tsakulov.

No Zare at 125kg as Iran is sending Amirreza Masoumi who has had phenomenal results so far in his career. Possible that we see a Mason Parris vs Geno Petriashvili rematch from last years world semis.

At 130kg Riza Kayaalp will be in the field but no Amin Mirzazadeh for Iran.

Japan does not look to have any entries in women’s freestyle.
